Anal Bleeding:
Probable cause: Anger and frustration.
New thought pattern: I trust the process of life. Only right and good action is taking place n my life.

Bleeding Gums:
Probable cause: Lack of joy in a decision made in life.
New thought pattern: I trust that the right action is always taking place in my life. I am at peace.

Nose Bleeds:
Probable cause: A need for recognition. Feeling unrecognised and unnoticed. Crying for love.

Essential Oils:

From an open wound: Apply a compress made from the following: Geranium (1 drop), Lemon (1 drop) and Chamomile (1drop).

Nose bleed: Lie flat on the back, pinch the nostrils and inhale the following from a tissue: Lemon (1 drop) and Lavender (1 drop).

Bleeding Gums: Make up the following, add to a tumbler of warm water and use as a mouthwash, DO NOT SWALLOW: Lemon (2 drops), Lavender (1 drop) and Eucalyptus (2 drops) diluted in 1 tsp brandy.

Acupressure for Nosebleeds
Tilt the head forwards and pinch the fleshy part of the nose just below the bridge.
Location A: In the hollow at the inner corner of the eye just above the tear duct. Benefits: First aid acupressure point for severe nosebleeds. Also relieves eye pain
Location B: Two-thirds the way up from the upper lip to the nose. Benefits: This first-aid revival point has traditionally been used for relieving nosebleeds, muscle cramps, fainting, and dizziness.
Location C: At the bottom of the cheekbone, directly below the pupil of the eye. Benefits: Relieves sinus pain, eye fatigue, and pressure as well as nasal and head congestion.
Location D: In the center of the back of the head in the large hollow under the base of the skull. Benefits: Good for the eyes, ears, nose, and throat. Relieves headaches, stiff necks, nose- bleeds, and neck pain.
Location E: Caution: This point is forbidden for pregnant women until labor because its stimulation can cause premature contractions in the uterus.
Location: In the webbing between the thumb and index finger at the highest spot of the muscle when the thumb and index finger are brought close together. Benefits: Relieves sinus pain, nosebleeds, hay fever, headaches, and toothaches.
